Walker Zanger Corporate Headquarters & Regional Distribution Center
Walker Zanger retained SRK Architects in 2014 to design a renovation at their existing headquarters location on Bradley Avenue, Sun Valley. However, it was determined that the existing facility could not efficiently remain in place. WZ eventually signed a ‘build to suit’ agreement with developer Sheridan Ebbert to construct a new 130,000 SF global headquarters office, showroom, and regional distribution center in North Hills just north of the Van Nuys Airport. The shell building was designed in collaboration with HPA Architecture, as a one-level mezzanine warehouse/office and state-of-the-art stone display showroom for the public. SRK was retained by Walker Zanger managing architect to coordinate both shell and core and to design all interior improvements
within the 130,000 SF facility.
